Benefits of exercise for golfers

 Golf courses will spend more time preparing the course for play than golfers will spend time shaping up for the new season.  In a given season a golfer loses up to 15% of eligible playing time due to injury. A ten week combined strength and flexibility program with a certified personal trainer will increase club head speed and reduce the likelihood of injury.
